What to do if the cash security is not paid?

If you are currently in the military:
The command of the military unit is obliged to pay all the above payments monthly by the 20th of each month at the cash desk or by transfer to a bank account.

If any categories of payments are not accrued to you, it is a violation of the H / H as an employer. Such inaction can be challenged in court. If you are serving under a contract, non-payment of cash benefits may also be grounds for termination of such a contract due to non-compliance with its provisions by the military.

If you are discharged from military service:
Upon discharge, a full settlement must be made with the serviceman. This means that all, without exception, the category of cash benefits must be paid on the day of discharge and exclusion from the lists of military personnel.

This includes all salary payments, allowances, as well as compensation for unused basic and additional leave, one-time cash benefits, indexation of cash benefits and compensation for uncollected cash.

If you have not been paid or have been paid incompletely with your discharge from military service, you can appeal against such actions in court. In this case, you will be able to repay the debt on cash security and collect for late payment of the average salary for the entire period of non-payment.
